The Gathering Retreat Conference Ticket Requirement
Attendance at The Gathering is restricted to registered Transform Trauma Mexico 2027 conference in-person attendees.
If you purchase a ticket for this event without holding a valid conference ticket, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to purchase one.
If you choose not to purchase a conference ticket, your event booking will be cancelled. A refund will be issued for your retreat package, less the applicable cancellation fee, which covers administration and payment processing costs.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Transform Trauma Mexico Tickets
Refunds for virtual tickets are available up to one month before the start of the Transform Trauma Mexico event. Refunds for in-person tickets are available up to three months before the event start date.
All approved refunds are subject to a refund charge of 10% of the total purchase order value, including any selected add-ons.
To request a cancellation and refund, please email [email protected] with the subject line: “Transform Trauma Mexico Order Refund Request“. Please include your order details and the reason for your cancellation request.
Refund requests submitted after the applicable cancellation deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation or Postponement by Organisers
If Transform Trauma Mexico is cancelled or postponed by the organisers for any reason, ticket holders will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event date.
