Refunds for virtual tickets are available up to one month before the start of the Transform Trauma Mexico event. Refunds for in-person tickets are available up to three months before the event start date.
All approved refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee, plus any non-refundable PayPal or Stripe processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.
To request a cancellation and refund, please email [email protected] with the subject line: “Transform Trauma Mexico Order Refund Request”. Please include your order details and the reason for your cancellation request.
Refund requests submitted after the applicable cancellation deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
